The repair process takes not more than 10 business days after receiving the device - including shipping to your delivery address. We reserve the right to ship you a new device as a replacement. To get a new device as a replacement, please click here to leave us a message, our customer care team will guide you through the Device Return & Replacement Instruction Procedure. Any device that did not go through such procedure will not be accepted.
