The Spiral ( Snail ) view visualizes different situations and conditions over time for "Intensity of motion", "Heart rate" and "Blood pulse wave (BPw)". The Spiral displayed on "Biovotion X" App is only available for iOS now.
The time is shown as a daily cycling spiral as on a mechanical watch. You have the option between a day view and a night view (to monitor your sleep condition). Please also see the article "The Biovotion App explained".

1st Spiral - A day with hiking at 7000-8800 ft. 3:30 intense climb up. Lots of car driving and coffee
2nd Spiral - Busy dinner and crowded reception outdoor in the evening with alcohol consumption and effects of food intolerance (gluten)
3rd Spiral - Hectic day with not recovery during the night and still effects of food intolerance after gluten consumption
4th Spiral - Good recovery of the gluten load and good night's sleep, more relaxed day.

5 Relaxed vs. stressed
Examples here are showing data from two different individuals. Each of them works in highly engaged occupations with a lot of interactions, multiple projects and long working days.
The individual on the left shows physiology and body behaviour that suggests to tolerate the conditions better than the individual on the right.
There one can observe significantly elevated HR, along with an increase in BPw, indicating stress. Some relaxation takes place in the course of the afternoon.
6 Day vs. night shift
Left – 32 years old male scientist temporally working in a clinical environment. Engage in a hectic and clinical study day with a complex experimental procedure and sophisticated equipment. Person is highly focused for 8 hours.
Right – 30 years old female medical doctor in a clinical environment after a 28 hours work input including a full night shift. Systematically elevated HR and BPw with little relaxation. Mentally and physically exhausted.
