If you created a Biovotion account and followed the set up instructions, the data your devices collects should sync when you open the Biovotion App. To learn more about how syncing works, see How does the Everion device sync the data? If your device doesn't sync when prompted, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Place a finger on the reset-window and keep it there
- A red LED lights up
- After 3 seconds, the Everion will vibrate and after about 10 seconds the red LED goes off.
- The Everion is reset
- Remove your finger
- The device automatically turns on and performs a self-test. See chapter “How to perform a self-test”
